How to Set It Up in Notion:

Create a New Database. (Choose Table view to start.)
Add Properties: Create three properties to categorize tasks:
- Urgency Level – Options: High, Medium, Low.
- Due Date – Helps you keep an eye on deadlines.
- Status – Use labels like “To-Do,” “In Progress,” and “Completed.”
Switch to a Kanban Board View: Transform your table into a visual board view grouped by Urgency Level. Now you’ll see your High, Medium, and Low priority tasks in an organized, clear layout.
Bonus Tip: Want a weekly priority overview? Create a simple filter in Notion to show only tasks for this week. Now, your must-do tasks are front and center.
